Before using a dive computer, read the operating instructions to get to know the display and to become familiar with its limitations as well as its emergency modes : it’s for your own safety!
On a daily basis, as for all your diving equipment, taking care of your dive computer begins with a 5 minute salt removal soak in fresh water, while pressing its buttons.
Then, dry it and put it in its own carrying pouch.
A DIVE COMPUTER IS PERSONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE LENT BETWEEN 2 SESSIONS OR DURING A MULTI-DAY DIVING TRIP. THIS TECHNOLOGY, HOWEVER DEVELOPED, DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN GO DIVING WITHOUT TRAINING OR ALONE.
