I’m 33 years old. I joined the Decathlon team a year ago. My favorite sport is surfing but I also like freediving and spearfishing. Having lived in the West Indies for a few years, I discovered the underwater world there especially freediving and spearfishing. I have my PADI "Open Water" diving certificate and want to get my "Advanced" this summer as part of a challenge launched by Espen for the whole Subea team.

WHAT DO YOU DO AT SUBEA?

I joined the Subea team a year ago now and I'm a packaging engineer. My job is to develop, test and produce packaging for all of the brand's products, guaranteeing quality, costs and production times. I work for both the Subea and Tribord brands, but my goal is to work for Subea 100% as of this year.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE IN SCUBA DIVING?

What fascinates me about diving is discovering a world that's unknown to us: discovering, exploring... That unique feeling of weightlessness when you're under water, it frees my spirit. Also, the sharing and solidarity in diving since we count on our buddies, particularly for safety.

WHAT'S YOUR MOST BEAUTIFUL MEMORY OF AN UNDERWATER EXPERIENCE?

My most beautiful memory is when I started freediving and spearfishing while living in Martinique. I was a teenager, out with my father and my brother, we did some beautiful spearfishing with 15 m/20 m shots. We loved bringing up fish and lobsters to grill right on the beach!
