How to choose your spearfishing fins

There are different types and components of spearfishing fin blades. Depending on the type of blade, the fins will be more or less suited to your skill level but also your physical fitness. This is why it is important to differentiate between the different types of blade when choosing your fins: ~~- plastic blade: perfect if you are a spearfishing beginner. These fins are sturdy and quite affordable. They are perfect for diving between 0 and 15-20 m. But they are less efficient when it comes to kicking.~~- fibreglass blade: these fins are designed for intermediate spearfishing divers who hunt at a depth of 10 to 25m or more. They provide more power than fins with a plastic blade. ~~- carbon blade: Just like fibreglass fins, these are for intermediate divers. They are more flexible and provide better performance but they are more fragile. The more carbon there is in the blade, the lighter and more responsive it will be.
