For years, I was a marine-specific facilitator with children and families. I was raising awareness and popularizing environmental education to make people understand the importance of the marine environment. Currently, I am in retraining and I follow a bachelor's programme in human resources and personnel management. So I needed an internship as part of this training and I immediately thought of Decathlon because I found their way of working and the company in general to be very interesting. I was lucky that Espen was looking for someone so I was taken in as an assistant in charge with personnel management within Subea. I want to be a support for the teams as far as human resources are concerned.
My most beautiful memory was during a trip to New Caledonia. I had just arrived and was planning to retake a first dive. But just before I went diving that morning I learned I was pregnant and suddenly, I couldn't dive ... It was a bit frustrating but on the other hand, I was offered to go snorkeling instead, and it was just great! A transparent water, incredible species, turtles, rays ... It was truly magical.
