MAINTAINING YOUR DIVING REGULATOR

MAINTENANCE OF YOUR DIVING REGULATOR

REGULATOR MAINTENANCE STEPS

- Thoroughly rinse the regulator for 5 minutes

- Dry it in the shade and in the open air

- Use vinegar to thoroughly clean the threads and seals (1'23) and put some silicone grease on the joints to ensure long-term sealing (1'31)

- Store the regulator in a pouch without tangling the hoses

Doing this after every dive and after each season is not a substitute for annual servicing by a recognised body.
